The yeast creates flavors, aromas and character on the beer. Yeast consumes sugars in the wort and forms alcohol and depending on how much sugar we have in the wort, the strength of alcohol is affected. The more sugar in the wort, the more alcohol in the beer.
We have many different yeast types that make their own mark on your particular product when you brew beer. Below you will find several different varieties that are suitable for different types of beer. Do not be afraid to test different plants to find your style. There is nothing wrong. That's just how our new styles of beer have emerged.
