
A wine chamber from Lalvin (Lallemand). This strain of Sacharomyces Bayanus has been isolated and selected among champagne fees. Selected for its aggressive character to other yeast strains (so K Killer Yeast).
Recommended for sparkling wine, dry white wines, mushrooms with high sugar levels and cider. Starts stopped ferments.
